Chester Council Thanks Murray and Gittings: Mayor Kenny Morris and members of Chester City Council expressed their gratitude to Police Chief Todd Murray and Dep. Chief Scott Gittings for their years of service with plaque presentations. Gittings was recently elected Hancock County Sheriff and Murray will serve as the Chief Deputy.
