SWANEY LIBRARY TO FORM “FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY” GROUP Swaney Memorial Library is forming a “Friends of the Library” Group. The group will meet about once a month to discuss, plan, and carry our events for the library as well as helping in the library. After all, the library belongs to you, the community.
