Mary Ellen Peters, 83, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away December 17, 2020.
Born in East Liverpool, Ohio on October 15, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Ada (Beteridge) Payne.
She was a retired payroll clerk for the former T S & T.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Peters; a brother, Joe Payne; and a sister, Patricia Youst.
Surviving is a son, Gary Peters of East Liverpool; and a sister, Donna Silliman of Florida.
Arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
