The object of the above entitled action is seeking money damages for an incident which occurred in Weirton, Hancock County, West Virginia on May 9, 2019.
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of August, 2020, Stacy Butto, filed in the Magistrate Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, her complaint against Douglas E. Keyes and Donald Harshey regarding injuries she sustained from a dog bite.
It is ORDERED that DOUGLAS E. KEYES and DONALD HARSHEY shall serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Daniel P. Taylor, Esquire, whose address is P.O. Box 2827, Weirton, West Virginia, 26062, and Tamera A. Smith, Clerk of the Magistrate Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, whose address is 900 North Chester Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia 26047, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in the action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof, otherwise the matter will be set for hearing. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
