Paul Rodney Railing, 61, of New Cumberland, passed away March 18, 2021.
Born in East Liverpool, Ohio on September 9, 1959, he was the son of the late Paul and Pauline (Wright) Railing.
His brother, Rusty Railing preceded him in death.
Surviving are two brothers, William (Janice) Railing of Glenmore and Tom Railing of Georgia; three sisters, Vicky (Braidy) Ingram of East Liverpool, Kathy Railing of Georgia, Carolyn (Dan) Duke –Stanley of Minerva, Ohio; many nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Glenda Railing of New Cumberland.
Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home.
