Eighth-grade student Alexa Shaw has been selected as Oak Glen Middle School’s Youth Leadership Summit representative at Camp Horseshoe, Parsons, W.Va. The summit, June 20-26, is designed to promote leadership through service to others and community involvement. Alexa is the daughter of Justin and Lisa Shaw of Newell.  Her participation at the camp is being funded by the Lions Clubs of Chester, Newell and New Cumberland.
