John N. Beverly of East Liverpool, passed at the Calcutta Health Care Center on Thursday, June 17, 2021, following a brief illness.
Born on September 28, 1941, in Salineville, he was the son of the late John P. and Delphia Moore Beverly. John was 79 years old.
John was a self-employed car mechanic, and the owner of the Calcutta Car Wash. He was a member of the Lord’s Community Church in East Liverpool, and an avid hunter, runner, and bicycling enthusiast. He could, until recently, be found working out at the Calcutta YMCA. A proud veteran of the US Army, John was a member of the East Liverpool American Legion and VFW.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence and Merle Beverly.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Christina Brown Beverly, his daughter, Jodi (Dennis) Rhoades of Colorado, his son, Jamie (Carolyn) Beverly of East Liverpool, his sisters, Rita (Bob) Heim, and Freeda (Hurk) Combs of Lisbon, his brother, David (Sheri) Beverly of Salem, and two grandchildren, Rory Bryer, and Brian Beverly.
In fulfilling John’s wishes, no services are planned, and his services have been entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
