Billy ” Joe”  Tustin, 58, of Newell, passed away June 17, 2021.

Born in Weirton, WV on September 7, 1962, he was the son of the late Donald and Sharon (Bartley) Tustin Sr.

Joe formerly worked as a carpenter for Veto Riggi. He was a former member of the Sons of Legion 114 and a former Weirton Volunteer Fireman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an avid Steelers and Mountaineers fan.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald Jr., David, and Gene Tustin.

Surviving are his family, eight brothers, Ed (Jerry) Tustin of Weirton, Jerry Tustin of Virginia, Willard (Linda) Tustin of Weirton, Donald D. (April) Tustin of Weirton, Bernie Tustin of Weirton; Lilburn “Pat” (Chrissy)Tustin of Chester, Kevin (Diane) Tustin of Chester and Christopher Tustin (Ciara Cavallier ) of Chester; four sisters, Becky (Dave) Parker of Florida, Lori (Doug) Starkey of Pa, Michele Tustin-Cave of Toronto and Althea “Angel” Beagle of Weirton;
