Barbara J. Melto, 77, of New Cumberland, passed away July 13, 2021.
Born on November 18, 1943 in Steubenville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Coy and Imogene (Travis) Morgan.
Barbara was a 1963 graduate of Chester High School and she was a retired Nurse’s Aide for Panhandle Support. She attended the New Cumberland Christian Church.
Surviving are her family, two daughters, Lisa Melto of New Cumberland and Debbie (Dave) Davis of Calcutta; a son, Richard “Ritchie” (Jane) Melto of Erie, Pa; grandchildren, Luke, Josh, Noah ,Hannah, Grace, Cameron, Kennedy, Allison and Miranda; four brothers, Eddie Morgan of East Liverpool, Lee Morgan of Sardis, Ohio, Jay Morgan of New Manchester and Jan Morgan of Chester;  and two sisters, Charlotte Terry of South Carolina and Dorothy Dawson of New Manchester.
