WMC returns to its normal visitation policies.  Now, inpatients on hospital levels 5, 7 and 8 and those in Skilled Care are allowed two visitors between the hours of Noon-6pm daily.  Obstetrics and Pediatric patients are permitted to have two visitors each day from 3-5pm (post-delivery in OB) in addition to the designated caregiver who may be staying with the patient 24 hours a day.  Those patients visiting the Emergency Department will be permitted one visitor who has been given clearance by the nursing staff.  As for surgery, outpatient, diagnostics and physician offices, caregivers are now able to accompany their loved one to their appointments or procedures.  Keep in mind, the masking guidelines remain in effect according to the CDC and State of West Virginia.  So masks are required when inside WMC and its offices.
