Amy Ann France Williams, 34, formerly of New Cumberland, passed away, Tuesday, July 6, 2021.

Born, May 1, 1987, in Weirton, she is a daughter of Phillip and Margaret “Diane” France both of New Cumberland.

Amy was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Lasure, paternal grandparents, William and Alta France, and by her brother-in-law, James “Jake” Norwood.  

She is survived by her parents, daughter, Emily Joy; sister, Christine Norwood of Hookstown, PA; maternal grandfather, Harold Lasure; niece, Zoe Norwood and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Amy is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
