James “Jimmy” Lloyd, 47, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away  July 19, 2021.
Born April 6, 1974 in Steubenville, Ohio, he was the son of  Deborah Baker (Chad) Black of New Cumberland and the late James Lloyd
Jimmy volunteered at the Steubenville Mission.
Also left to cherish his memory are a sister, Heather (Rob) McCullough of New Cumberland; and two nephews, Ein Lloyd and Chance McCullough and a niece, Joshlinn (John) Minto.
