Deborah Duncan

Deborah Kay Duncan, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother passed at her home on Ohio Avenue in East Liverpool on Saturday, September 25, 2021. 62 years old, she passed while in the loving care of her family after a long, and difficult fight with cancer.

The daughter of the late Ralph and Ellen Barrett Shaw who she is now reunited with in Heaven, Deborah was born in East Liverpool on March 27, 1959.

Plain and simple, Deborah’s life revolved around her family, her greatest joys in life were being surrounded by her family, values that were instilled in her by her parents. She formerly had worked at the Homer Laughlin China Company in Newell. 

Deeply saddened by her loss are her husband, Frank Duncan, her daughter, Bobbi Jo (Alvan) Thompson of Calcutta, her son, Kenneth Duncan of Wellsville, her brothers, Ralph (Sandy) Shaw, Mike (Cheri) Shaw, and Paul (Jodi) Shaw of East Liverpool, her four loving grandchildren, Addison, Trent, Tatum, and Amiyah, one great-grandchild, Heaven, and many nieces and nephews.

In fulfilling Deborah’s wishes, no services are planned, and she is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
