Hancock County Parks and Recreation will be hosting our last Open-Air Market of 2021 will be held at 715 Gas Valley Rd New Cumberland, WV 26047 on October 10th from 12pm to 5pm. We will be hosting our second annual Kids Halloween Costume Contest. Each Child will receive candy and toys. As well as a Costume Contest for dogs, all possible by generous donations from community members and business owners. There will be grand prizes for the winners of each age group.   There will be a DJ and FREE face painting! We will also have MJB BBQ, Dr Sweets Goodies, Ohio Valley Pizza, and Girl Scout Troop 51418 will be in the concession stand selling hot dogs, chips, sweets, pop & water, and cupcakes, and several vendors will have a variety of baked goods and coffee!   There will also be 40+ vendors selling crafts and many other items.   You can also take a chance at winning any of our numerous Chinese Auction Items.    The vendor fee for this event has been lowered to $10 and $5 if you donate to our Chinese Auction. We are welcoming all vendors- direct sales, crafts, produce, flea market, and so on!    Also, as always non-profits are free to set up and promote their business! Stop by our table to learn how to certify your personal property with the National Wildlife Federation.
