Derwin Mercer, 89, of New Cumberland, WV passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Orchards in East Liverpool, OH.

                He was born December 6, 1931 in Elk Fork, WV a son of the late Clarence and Zelma (Neff) Mercer. He is also preceded in death by his wife Roxie Virginia (Leek) Mercer.

                Derwin retired from the City of Weirton Street Department, was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and had four siblings, 1 sister and 3 brothers.

                Visitation will be held Thursday from 2 – 4 pm at Turley Funeral Home.

                Graveside services will be held Friday, October 15, 2021 at 11:00 am at Simpson Cemetery of Elk Fork, Tyler Co; WV where Interment will be held.
