The magic of butterflies will be explored at the Magic Tree Garden in New Cumberland on May 21st. The New Cumberland Volunteers (NC Garden Club) in cooperation with the Magic Tree Garden will have a “Kids Day in the Garden” at 20 a.m. Stacey Spencer Adkins will present a program on butterflies and will teach those in attendance about the stages of butterfly lives and the importance of planting a haven for them. The children will plant a section of Magic Tree Garden for the butterflies. There will be CRAFTS and HOT DOGS.
Please bring the children to the Magic Tree Garden, Route 2 and Jackson Street in New Cumberland across from the Davis Brothers Pharmacy. All ages are welcome with supervision.
