Jeanne R. Garrison, 73, born Jeanne Fitch at East Liverpool City Hospital on April 26, 1949 to the late Effie L. Fitch and Robert E. Fitch.She was an only child and a lifelong resident of Newell, WV,Mrs. Garrison went to college at Shepherd University, she was a Home Economics Teacher in Bergholz, Ohio and Chester, WV. She was an aide at Nentwicks Nursing Home and a housewife..She died at Merc health St. Elizabeth in Boardman, Ohio on June 27, 2022, due to health complications at eh age of 73.She is survived by her husband, of 47 years, Gary P. Garrison of Newell, WV; her two children, Gary R. Garrison of Newell, WV and Michelle Moicai of Morgantown, WV. Her five grandchildren, Gary S. Garrison of East Liverpool, Oh, Gabriel Garrison, Kaleb Garrison, Isabella Garrison and Esmerelda Garrison all of Chester, WV and several in-law throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Texas.Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
