Roberta Lee “Bobbie” Campbell, 51, of Chester, passed, Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Weirton Medical Center, following a courageous battle with cancer.Born, August 13, 1970, in Aliquippa PA., she was the daughter of Joan Atkins Covert of East Liverpool and Tom Covert of East Liverpool.Bobbie was a graduate of Southside High School Class of 1990. She was a caregiver working at Passavant Homes in Imperial. Bobbie cherished her time spent with her patients and coworkers.A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Bobbie was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, most especially over the holidays. She had a “no-nonsense” sassy personality, but she also had a larger-than-life personality, and the light that she brought to everyone she met was mesmerizing. Bobbie was family oriented, but the greatest joy in her life was spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed swimming and crocheting. She will be deeply missed by the love of her life, David Campbell.She will also be missed by her children, Raylynn Campbell of Chester, Tera Campbell of Chester and Eric Campbell; brothers, Johnny Covert (Wendy McCullough) of Monaca, PA., Wayne Tate (Jennifer) of Wellsville, Isaac Covert (Nicole) of Monaca, PA.; sisters, Renee Covert (John Cox) of Newell, and Chrystle Wymer of New Brighton; grandchildren, Riley and Lyla Casto and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.Rev. Paul Tresse will celebrate Bobbie’s life Monday, July 11, 2022, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit with Bobbie’s family, Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Arner Funeral Chapel from 5:00PM-8:00PM.
