- Margaret “Peggy” Stewart, 63, of New Cumberland, passed away July 13, 2022.Born October 23, 1958 in East Liverpool, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Gail and Marion (Osborne) Freeman.She was preceded in death by a sister, Lynn O’Rourke; two brothers, Patrick Freeman and Scott Freeman.Surviving are her devoted husband, Robert Stewart of New Cumberland; a son, Cody Stewart of New Cumberland; a daughter, B.J. Sell New Cumberland; five grandchildren, Aiyana, Emma, Xavier, Jacee and Riona; and three brothers, Roger (Patty) Freeman, Thomas Freeman and Peter Freeman all of FL.Visitation is Monday, from 2-4 and 6-8pm, at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV, where funeral service will be held at 11a.m.on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.Interment will follow in New Cumberland, Cemetery.
