The City of Chester, WV is accepting bids for the replacement of approximately 321 feet of curb on 6th Street that spans the length of the City Building property. In addition, the repair of approximately 6 feet of curb in lower 6th Street outside of Hooper’s Auto. Sealed bids are due by 4pm on Monday, September 12th in the City Clerk’s office. 

Milling and Pavement of 9th Street Project

INVITATION TO BID

The City of Chester, WV is accepting bids for the milling and replacement of asphalt on 9th Street starting at the top of 9th Street near Collins Memorial down to the intersection of Phoenix Avenue. Paving of asphalt must be conducive to proper drainage of 9th Street. Bids are due by 4pm on Monday, September 12th in the City Clerk’s office.
