- !Lucas James O’Rourke, 38, of New Cumberland, WV, passed away August 26, 2022.Born September 17, 1983, he was the son of William O’Rourke of New Cumberland and the late Lynn (Freeman) O’Rourke.Lucas was a 2003 graduate of Oak Glen High School. He was a deckhand for Johnsons Towing. Lucas was an avid Steelers Fan.Along with his mother he was preceded in death by a nephew, Paul Willis Franklin IV.In addition to his father, surviving are a sister, Shannon (Paul) Franklin of Lisbon; two brothers, William (Kristy) O’Rourke Jr. of Chester and Josh (Jesica) O’Rourke of East Liverpool; and nieces and nephews, Cade, Alex, Aidan, Wyatt, Rylie, Meadow, Adalynn, Devin and Jackson.Visitation is Thursday, from September, 1, 2022, from 5pm until time of funeral service at 7pm., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
