- :Pam “Too Tall” Paar, 65, passed away September 14, 2022.Born in Weirton, WV on November 27, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Norval and Vonda “Bonnie” (Curtis) Woofter.She graduated in 1974, from Oak Glen High School and was a retired Laborer from Weirton Steel. Pam was always the light of the party and had an ornery sense of humor. She loved her family and friends. She was loved and will be missed.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Jessica Paar, and a brother, Gary “Goose” Woofter.Surviving are her two grandsons, Isaiah Ware and Malaki Llanos and a great-grandson, Isiah; two brothers, James (Mary) Woofter of Tennessee, Jeff (Mary Anne) Woofter of WV and several nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 1pm until time of a Celebration of Life memorial service of Pam’s Life at 4pm, at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
