Timmy Hughes, 19, of Chester, WV, passed away October 6, 2022.

Born February 5, 2003 in Weirton, WV, he was the son of Amanda Lowther of Chester and Billy Hughes of Florida.

Timmy graduated in 2021 from Oak Glen High School. He attended The Everyday Church. Timmy enjoyed the outdoors and playing in Chester City Park and he was an avid gamer.

In addition to his parents surviving are a brother, Damian Hughes of Chester; a sister, Destiny Lowther of Florida; a nephew, Dylan Lowther ; and by his maternal grandmother, Dixie Lowther of New Cumberland.

Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home.
