Those in need this holiday season will be able to receive free food through a drive-through food distribution at the Chester Municipal Building on December 10 at 9 a.m. In order to receive food, recipients must show proof of West Virginia residency or photo id. The distribution is thanks to Marsh Bellowfram, Hancock County Savings Bank, Sparkle Market and the Chester Lions Club.
