Good news to report. The break has been fixed. Our pumps are running, HOWEVER, the break was on a line connecting the filtration house to the water tank. Therefore, our tanks are close to empty. On a normal day we pump as much water as the city used during that day, always leaving plenty in reserve. Right now we do not have that. So, in addition to the boil order we are asking customers to conserve water as much as possible. The quicker this happens the quicker the boil order ends. As of right now, there is no timetable as to the end of the boil order. As always, we’ll communicate that out. We will continue pumping water 24/7 in order to help catch up. In the meantime, please conserve.

Water Distribution for Thursday, 2/2/23 will be from 10 AM to 2 PM at the City Building. There will also be a later session, with times to be announced. We have gallon jugs and cases of bottled drinking water.
