NEW CUMBERLAND UNAFFECTED BY EAST PALESTINE SITUATION New Cumberland water is not impacted by the train derailment in East Palestine. Mayor Will White assures the town that New Cumberland does not get its water from the river. New Cumberland gets its water from wells throughout the town while other towns in the valley obtain their water from an aquafers in the Ohio River.
