The Chester-Newell sportsmen club has 2 hunter education safety classes scheduled.
March 26th from 1pm-3pm is for the gun hands on and test, for students who have taken the online course from the state, or the free course on the NRA web site. Students must bring a copy or picture of completed online certificate.
April 1st from 11am-4pm and April 2nd from 1pm to 6:30pm. Must attend both days to complete the 10 1/2-hour course.
Students must be 10 years old by class end, and under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
The classes are limited to 30, and walk ends are welcome if classroom permits. This course is good in all 50 states and Canada.
