Donna J. Talbott of East Liverpool passed at her home in East Liverpool, while being comforted by the loving care of her family on Saturday, July 1, 2023.

84 years old, Donna was born in East Liverpool on February 21, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Howard Sisco and Dorothy Hayes Sprout, and her stepfather, Wallace Sprout.

Donna toiled as a homemaker, caring for her husband and children. She was a devout Christian, worshiping at the Union Ridge Baptist Church in Negley.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Larry Talbott, her great-grandson, Mason Feezle, and her brother, Daniel Sisco preceded her in death.

Left with wonderful memories are her children, Kathie (Ronnie Miller) Kourpas of Chester, Lisa (Steve Vishak) Talbott of East Liverpool, and Steven (Crystal) Talbott of Wellsville, her sister, Judith McClain of East Liverpool, and her grandchildren, Andrew (Jillian) Wharton, Matthew (Andrea) Wharton, and Joshua (Jodie) Feezle. Eight great-grandchildren, Lilly, Chase, Aubree, Ava, Maddox, Olivia, Brenna, and Maverick, also survive.

Pastor Randy Clark will celebrate Donna’s life at the Arner Funeral Chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Private Interment will follow at Columbiana County Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
