Chester-Newell sportsmen club July 22nd results:

Recent rains cooled off the river slightly and the big cats were biting.

On the left is Logan Reed of Pittsburgh, PA. with a 1st place 36″ flathead catfish.

On the right is second place lucky draw winner Gary Gorby of Salem, OH. with his 30 1/4″ flathead catfish.

Water temperature at Montgomery locks dropped back down to 79 degrees.

Our last two tournaments will be Aug. 5th and Aug. 19th. Signup at Chaney’s Sunoco in Chester, WV.

Measuring is done at Chester city park marina between 6:30am-7am Sunday morning.
