The New Cumberland Riverfest is in for a big treat on Saturday, Sept. 23 as characters will be walking River Avenue from 2:00 – 4:00: POPPY AND BLUEY!! Come to the Riverfest and meet and dance with them. There will also be a professional (she gets paid) face painter at the Riverfest.
