The Fellowship of Christian Athletes-Steel Valley will host a 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, December 2 at the Broadway Wharf in downtown East Liverpool. The event is called the “Reason for the Season 5K/Fun Run” and will start at 1 pm, with registration starting at 11 am. The Fun Run will start immediately after at 2:30 pm. The cost to participate in the 5K is $25 per runner, with runners registering online prior to November 26 receiving an event t-shirt. The cost for the Fun Run is $10 per participant.The FCA Reason for the Season 5K & Fun Run is an annual event that benefits our local Fellowship of Christian Athletes. It is a family-friendly event where participants of all ages can enjoy a fast and flat course that’s suitable for all skill levels. Runners can choose between the 5K race or the 1 mile fun run – whichever suits their preference.
