The Hancock County Family Support Center is kicking off the holiday season with a community caroling hayride around town. Line-up will be at the Chester Municipal Building and the ride will end at the Chester Gazebo for all to enjoy the First Annual Chester City Light Up Night. Carolers of all ages are welcome.
