Norma E. Carnes, 63, of Wellsville, passed, Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Heritage Valley Beaver.Born, September 13, 1960, in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Donna Weyand Buzzard.She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, George Carnes, sister, Donna “Sissy” Buzzard and brother, Gene “Pinky” Buzzard.Norma dedicated numerous years to working at Bob Evan’s in East Liverpool.She will be deeply missed by her sons, Geroge Carnes Jr. (Santana), Rondald Buzzard (Vala) and Randy Carnes (Brittany) all of East Liverpool; daughter, Lisa Nonamaker (David) of Wellsville; brothers, Glennn, and Robert Buzzard; sisters, Roberta “Doll” Barcus and Jessica Buzzard and grandchildren, Derion, Mariah, Deon, Holly, Mikey, TJ, and Brittany.Per Norma’s wishes, no services are planned at this time. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel
