The entire community is invited to attend the Hall of Fame induction of Lester “Chickie” Skinner and the late Justice Edwin F Flowers into the New Cumberland Hall of Fame at 1 p.m., Sunday, February 4 at the New Cumberland Christian Church. Hugh C. Tate, Jr. will receive the Spirit of Scouting Award.
