Former Hancock County Sheriff and New Cumberland Police Chief  William Webster  passed away Feb 20 after a lingering illness.  He  was predeceased by the love of his life, Marsha Herron Webster, and his beloved son,  Merril Brian Webster. 

He is survived by his children Tamera (Mark)Smith, Susan (Mike)Pouch, William Matthew (Lauraralee) and John Michael (Robin);  seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Per Bill’s wishes there will be no public services or viewing.  He will be buried in New Cumberland Cemetery alongside Marsha.
