HANCOCK COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS INDICTMENTS

Hancock County, WV – Steven E. Dragisich, Hancock County Prosecuting Attorney, announces that the April 2024 Term of the Hancock County Grand Jury met this week and returned the following Indictments:

  1. Scott Weston Hillier – 11/26/1976; 151 Palm Drive, Rear Apt., Weirton, WV 26062; Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Life-Time Registration – 2nd Offense (4 counts).
  • Sean M. Price – 07/29/1976; 3215 Elm Street, Weirton, WV  26062; Failure to Register
  • as a Sex Offender, Lifetime Registration – 1st offense (2 counts).
  • Kelsey Chevelle Willard – 04/17/1989; 100 Grant Street, A, Newell, WV 260505; Wanton Endangerment Involving a Firearm (3 counts).
  • Timothy James Morgan – 03/14/1990; 432 S. 17th Street, Weirton, WV  26062; (a) Malicious Assault; and (b) Domestic Battery.
  • Jason M. Sandy – 06/11/1981; 1385 Hardins Run Road, New Cumberland, WV 26047; (a) Grand Larceny (2 counts); (b) Driving While License Revoked for DUI, 3rd or Subsequent Offense; and (c) Reckless Driving.
  • Tammy Talkington – 9/26/1971; 351 Thurman Ave., Weirton, WV 26062; Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine (3 counts).
  • Dino M. Pulice – 10/05/1972; 119 Murphy Avenue, Weirton, WV  26062; (a) Sexual Assault in the 3rd Degree (3 counts); and (b) Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree.
  • Joshua L. Atwood – 08/17/1992; 58 Main Street Extension, Burgettstown, PA 15021; (a) Malicious Assault; and (b) Robbery, 1st Degree.
  1. Nichole Ann Batchelor – 11/19/1988; 208 Greenbrier Road, Weirton, WV  26062; (a) Fraudulent use of an Access Device (5 counts); and (b) Fraudulent Schemes.
  1. David Gene Badger – 08/14/1987; 2 Lena Lane, New Cumberland, WV 26047; (a) Child Abuse Resulting in Bodily Injury; (b) Domestic Battery; (c) Person Prohibited from Possessing a Firearm; and (d) Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Marijuana.
