Joan L. Price, 71, passed away at her home in Chester.She was born in East Liverpool on June 14, 1952. Joan was the daughter of Paul and Hazel Nalley Dunlevy who preceded her in death along with her daughter, Summer Stillwell, and her brothers, Gary Dunlevy, and PFC Gerald “Deuce” Dunlevy, USMC.

Joan was a homemaker, a Presbyterian by faith, and a graduate of Oak Glen High School.

She leaves her daughter, Adrienne (James) Mick of New Manchester, WV: her grandchildren, Corbin, Clayton Stillwell, and Ethan Mick; and her brother, Larry (Kathy) Dunlevy of Florida.

Services are in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester and will be held at the convenience of the family.
