The meeting was brought to order by President Pam Stiles.  The Prayer was offered by Lion Jeanette Collins and the Pledge was led by President Pam Stiles.  President Pam Stiles introduced the evening’s guests – Past District Governor Gary Pitcock, Zone Chair and Weirton Lions Club President John Porco, and Past District Governor Bernice Pitcock.  There was a motion by Lion Lee Aleman with a second by Lion Bob McNeil to dispense with business.  Past District Governor Bernice Pitcock presented Leonard Jarrett Awards to Second Vice President and incoming Secretary Jeanne Cox and Lion Tamer Jim Gillespie.  The Installation of Officers was conducted by Past District Governor Gary Pitcock.  The officers for the 2024-2025 year are: President Sally Greathouse; 1^st VP Jeanne Cox; 2^nd VP Cole Young; Treasurer Alan Lee; Secretary Jeanne Cox; Lion Tamers Jim Gillespie, Jim Wells, Alan Lee; Directors Ed Fields, Don Deemer, Bill Greathouse, Joyce Young, Betsy Wells.   Thanks were given to 1^st VP Sally Greathouse, Lions Bill Greathouse, Joyce Young, Cole Young, Betsy Wells, Jim Wells for providing hors d’oeuvres and Lion Peggy Lee for her excellent photography.
