                He was born January 17, 1963 in Weirton, WV a son of the late Brenda Marlene Helmick and Walter George Stanak.

                He was a retired Truck Driver.

                Surviving are his children: Jacob Allen Stanak of New Cumberland, WV; Amanda Stanak of TN; his sister Sheri Mazurkevich of Baltimore, MD; his brother Walter Scott Stanak of New Cumberland, WV; 4 Grandchildren and the mother of his children Rebekkah DeSimone.
