AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE

Notice of Application

Notice is given that Ergon West Virginia Inc. (EWVI) has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction and Modification Permit at the petroleum refinery located on 9995 Ohio River Blvd. in Newell, HancockCounty, WestVirginia. The application is for the installation of a utility cogeneration facility. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.609911, -80.629352

The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge for the following RegulatedAir Pollutants will be:
