Mark A. Cooper, 68, lifelong resident of Chester, passed, Sunday, January 26, 2025, at the VA Hospital in Cleveland.
Born, July 19, 1956, in Wheeling, he was the son of the late James D. and Mary M. McDaniel Cooper.
Mark was a graduate of Oak Glen High School in 1975 . He was a member of the United States Air Force. He owned and operated Cooper’s Auto Body .
Mark will be missed by his children, James Cooper of Charlotte, NC., Mark Cooper Jr. (Morgan) of Chester, Bree Michelle Cherrix (Vince) of Chester and Jessica Shaw (Bruce) of Chester; grandchildren, James and Cameron Cooper, Lane and Maizey Cooper, Josephine and Bryce Shaw, and sister, Kim Cooper of Florida.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 30, 2025, from 4:00PM-6:00PM, at the Arner Funeral Chapel. A funeral service celebrating Mark’s life will be held at 6:00PM.
