HB 3012, which was amended to distribute 1% of racetrack video lottery revenue equally between the three municipalities in Hancock County, is before Senate Finance today. If passed out of Finance it will go to the full floor of the Senate Monday for three readings. If it passes out of the Senate unamended it will be sent back to the House of origin where the House can simply concur and it is on the way to the Governor for his signature. Should changes be made in the Senate, a conference committee will be appointed to work out the disagreeing language.
