A chance to have a great time and fund the greatest parade ever in Newell is happening on Friday, April 25. The Newell Coalition and Newell Fire Dept. is sponsoring a “Night at the Races” and for $20 you get a horse in a race (which you name) great homemade food and drink and your admittance to the event. Doors open at 5p.m. and races start at 7 p.m. You get to pick your horse in advance. Admittance is $10 at the door.
The proceeds from the event go towards the Newell Fun Day.
