The City of New Cumberland has announced the Yard of the Month winner for April 2025. The winning yard belongs to Bob and Dorothy Swearingen who reside on Smith Street in New Cumberland. Mayor Will White presented the Yard of the Month award and a check to Bob and Dorothy along with the Yard of the Month sign. The sign will remain in their yard until next month’s winner is selected.
