The John D. Rockefeller 4 Career Center will be offering a new program for the 2025-2026 school year. Multimedia Publishing is a one-year program referring to the creation and distribution of content that includes a combination of various media types, such as text, images, audio, video, and interactive elements. This program will be taught by seasoned instructor Elizabeth Hoffman and is available to students of Weirton Madonna, Oak Glen, and Weir High School. As an added bonus this program does fulfill the WV state fine art requirement. Students who complete the Multimedia Publishing curriculum will have the opportunity to obtain credentials in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign as well as a credential from the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI).
