VThe City of New Cumberland has announced the Yard of the Month winner for July 2025. The winning yard belongs to Donna and Joe Hoder who reside on Second Ave in New Cumberland. Mayor Will White presented the yard of the month award and a check Donna and Joe along with the yard of the month sign. The sign will remain in their yard until the next winner is picked for August.
