furnishing water service to 2421 customers at Ne\, Manchester, New Cumberland and Newell in the County of Hancock.

A tap fee of $350.00 wili be charged to ail customers who apply for service
outside of a certificate proceeding before the Commission for each new tap
to the system.

by the City of New Cumberland for the resale rate of purchasing water. We
