Students grades 3 through 12 will receive brand new AppleIPADS when school starts this fall. Superintendent Dan Enich told the School Board at a meeting Monday, that students had last received IPADS in 2020 to deal with the home instruction during COVID and it’s time to replace them.
He said that the 2,500 new IPADS have a cost of $1.3 million and will be paid on a lease/purchase agreement with the monthly cost being $27,000.00 The purchase will not go beyond the school district’s budget as the majority of the cost will be paid through Step 7 funds and State grants.
