Charles Rainey Sr, 68, passed away on July 11, 2025. He was born on July 27, 1956 in Point Pleasant WV the son of the late Dorothy Rainey. Besides his mother he was preceded in death by two sons Charles Jr. and Dallas; his maternal grandmother, who raised him, Garnett Oliver.
He is survived by two daughters, Eulah Cooper (Joe Lee Stevens) of Middlebourn and Lila (Ronnie) Bauwens of AK; a son Charles Rainey of Weirton, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Linda Gilmore, Ellen Bonecutter and Rebecca McGee; three brothers William, Donnie and Jamie.
Private services were held by Nixon Funeral Home of New Cumberland.
