Come to New Cumberland, WV, for the 16th annual Fall Riverfest on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28, 2025. River Avenue will once again be filled with entertainment, food, crafts, fun, and family.
**The Riverfest is a real deal: Admission is free, entertainment is free and things for the children to do are free, car show is free, art show is free and fireworks are free.
**The Riverfest starts out with a 5-K walk/run. The event is sponsored by the Oak Glen High School Physical Education Dept.
**The Oak Glen High School Marching Band begins the day of live music as they are led down the street by a Color Guard provided by Scout Troop #38.
**The Riverfest Art Show will be open both days.
**The Riverfest Car Show happens at the Fireman’s Field from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday.
**Free bounce houses for the kids are available both days.
**The constant entertainment on Saturday includes: Guitarist Jim Halsey, Entertainer Matt Van Foosen, Poor Man’s Heaven and the Full Circle Band. The day ends with FIREWORKS.
SUNDAY:
**Opens with a Community Church Service followed by music followed by New Cumberland Little Miss Paegant.
**Rivefest is concluded with a fantastic band with local ties, Mad River Men.
